Using the Splinks Camera, has allowed players to see the game from a different perspective, and also makes people accountable. For instance, if a player is out on the pitch and I say to them “you should have played this pass, not that one, there can now be no disagreement in what happened as we have the proof”.

Splinks has been a vital addition for the operations at Redhill. The AI ball tracking, instant match highlights and usability allows us to break down performances in a way which was previously only available at higher levels. Beyond match analysis, its had a direct impact on ensuring safety and fairness. We had a red card overturned thanks to clear footage, and in another case, we submitted evidence of an off the ball incident on one of our players, which is totally not acceptable. The safety of the players should come first.

As a player, having access to my games, clips, and stats in one profile has been huge. I can study my positioning, improve from my mistakes, and build a proper highlight reel to show clubs and coaches.
